We've had such a wonderful experience at this orthodontic office. Our girls primarily see Dr. Shirey, but we've also worked with other doctors in the practice, and every single interaction has been excellent. From the front desk staff to the assistants to the doctors, everyone is warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. The level of care and kindness here truly stands out. What we appreciate most is how patient, gentle, and reassuring the team is with our daughter. They always make her feel comfortable, supported, and at ease, which means so much to us as parents.

My child has been seeing Dr. Shirey for a while now, and the experience has truly been wonderful. We came to Plymouth Orthodontics after our prior orthodontist retired. The staff is patient, upbeat, and just really great with kids. They always take the time to explain everything in a way that makes my child feel comfortable. But what I appreciate most is how much Dr. Shirey has gone out of his way to ensure we, the parents, understand and have a say in the treatment plan, even scheduling an after hours phone call with us to alleviate concerns. The treatment plan for my child went smoothly, communication was clear, and my child now has a beautiful smile. I'm grateful for the care we've received and highly recommend them to any family looking for an orthodontist who genuinely cares.

My two kids are seeing Dr Wright at Plymouth Orthodontist. Super easy to get appointments whenever we need them, and the staff is awesome at handling different insurance plans without any hassle. We have changed a few insurances. They're always upfront about costs, which I really appreciate. Dr. Wright is fantastic, experienced, patient, and explains every step in a way that makes the whole process feel simple and stress-free for both kids and parents. Cant wait to see my kids finishing their treatments

I wasn't quite sure where I should take my youngest daughter for orthodontic care when the time came. We tried visiting a few different practices as we were new to the area, but the level of care and attention to detail that Dr. Fee provided is next level!!! We continue to receive that level of care to this day. So glad we chose to come here!

Plymouth Orthodontics is clean, knowledgeable, and the staff are professional. Our teeange son is nearly done with his treatment and the results are excellent.

I've visited many dentists over the years, but this office stands out by a long shot. I was dealing with TMJ, and while the treatment was a gradual process, the overall journey went exceptionally well, and I'm thrilled with the results. Hands down, Dr. Fee is the best I've experienced.

One tooth wouldn't come in so they had to put a chain on it and cut it open. It worked and they were so kind to me and they even gave me a popsicle.

Appointments start on time, everything is organized, and the practice truly operates like a well-oiled machine. In fact, the way this office is managed should be a role model for other healthcare practices. The care and service have been outstanding every step of the way. Dr Fee and staff were outstanding through a very unusual situation with my loved one. The entire staff worked with us through many issues with patience and kindness.

Got my Invisalign done with Dr. Fee, it was an incredible experience! The staff was super friendly and helpful, always efficient and made the process worth it. Always helped me with tips to clean my trays and provided bands and cleaning crystals, explained the short term and long term processes of what my teeth would be doing, and communicated openly with me based on what I was feeling and how to make sure I was good with the movement. I love my smile so much now and am grateful I waited until finding this office to get the Invisalign done! Can't say enough, would do it all again with this office and crew!

Highly recommend Plymouth Orthodontics! We started phase 1 with Dr. Bookwalter and after he retired, Dr. Shirey became our orthodontist for phase 2 and he's been great! We appreciate the compassionate orthodontic care he provides and that he takes time to fully explain everything to the patient and parent. And the bonus is the excellent office staff and the orthodontic assistants that are so friendly and helpful and take the time to listen to concerns. Overall great experience!

Our daughter Stella has been a patient at Plymouth Orthodontics since 2024, and we've had a great experience from start to finish. She just got her braces off and is now wearing her retainer, and we're so happy with the results. We've seen Dr. Fee for most of her appointments, but we've also seen Dr. Shirey, and both have been wonderful. They always took the time to answer our questions, explain what was happening, and made our daughter feel comfortable at every visit. Best orthodontist ever! Everyone is so kind, welcoming, and professional. Their customer service and bedside manner are amazing, and I never leave an appointment without seeing progress. Close to 4 decades (so far)! Two rounds for me as a kid, plus all the years of me losing retainers into adulthood. Two rounds for my daughter. My son will be next. As a former Dr Bookwalter patient, it was very important to me that my daughter be in the absolute best hands. Dr Shirey is an incredible addition to the team, and has taken amazing care of her. We can't say enough good things about this team of professionals. Everyone is so helpful and nice to be around. You cannot go wrong no matter who you see here. My daughter is actually going to miss it which is unheard of, what teenager is sad about getting their braces off? Mine.

Plymouth Orthodontics is professional, friendly and created such a wonderful experience throughout the time my son wore braces. They were accommodating with appointments, easy to work with regarding billing and insurance and so patient!

Staff knows my children by name, they are so flexible and accommodating with appointment times..and they always are able to make it so my 2 kids can be seen at the same time. I would recommend this office to anyone and everyone.

My son has had his jaw expanded and braces applied to straighten his front fourth teeth in 2024. This is termed phase 1. We are now starting phase 2 where he will get his jaw expanded again and than have upper and lower braces. We had previously consulted TDR Specialists, and they wanted us to wait until our son was older to get braces. However, my sons teeth were already getting bad, and we wanted a second opinion. Plymouth Orthodontics recommended we get started right away with treatment, and we are glad we did. My son was already getting self conscious about his teeth, and the treatment in phase 1 made him more confident and able to eat easier. We have been very happy with Plymouth Orthodontics from day one. They are very professional and proactive to their patients needs. We are glad our dentist referred us to them.

The staff is pleasant from the front desk all the way up to the docs. If my son had a problem with a wire or needed an adjustment they got him in right away.

Easily the best place to go for orthodontic care. Always super helpful, they get you in right away if there are any issues, they have appointments before school, and an on call doctor that we were able to talk to when we had an issue with my sons braces when a wire came out!
